This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Stacked MFG & Co., including CPG Learning Hub subscriptions and Professional Services engagements. We want you to be confident in your investment. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
CPG Learning Hub — Subscription Refunds
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. When you subscribe on a monthly basis, you are charged for the current month's access. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued.
Annual Subscriptions — 14-Day Refund Window
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase date, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the Learning Hub content available to your tier. To request a refund, contact [email protected] within the 14-day window with your account email and reason for the request.
After the 14-day window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel to prevent future renewal charges, and your access will continue through the end of the annual period you have paid for.
Subscription Renewals
Subscription renewals (both monthly and annual) are non-refundable. To avoid an unwanted renewal charge, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next billing date. You can cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
Tier Upgrades and Downgrades
When you upgrade your subscription tier, you will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period. No refunds are issued for unused time on a higher tier when downgrading.
Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing Learning Hub content and we are unable to resolve it within 72 hours, you may be eligible for a prorated credit or refund for the affected period. Contact [email protected] to report the issue.
Professional Services — Refund Policy
Retainer and Project-Based Engagements
Fees for Professional Services engagements are governed by the applicable service agreement. In general, fees paid for work already performed or deliverables already delivered are non-refundable. If you cancel a project engagement before work begins, we will refund any prepaid amounts less a 10% administrative fee. If work has begun, refunds are prorated based on work completed at the time of cancellation.
Deposits
Engagement deposits are non-refundable once the project has been scheduled and onboarding has begun. Deposits may be applied to future engagements at our discretion if a project is cancelled before onboarding.
Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with a Professional Services deliverable, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [email protected]. We will work with you in good faith to address concerns, which may include revisions, additional work, or a partial credit at our discretion. We do not issue refunds for completed work based solely on a change in business direction or strategy.
How to Request a Refund
- Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request."
- Include your account email address, the date of purchase, and the reason for your request.
- We will respond within 3 business days to confirm eligibility and process your request.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks that are initiated without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension and may affect your eligibility for future services. We will respond promptly to any chargeback dispute and provide documentation as needed.
